The Grand operates two major recreation centers — Adobe Center (the original) and Cimarron Center (added later). Together they offer fitness, pools, spa, pickleball, tennis, social halls, ballrooms, and dozens of resident-run clubs. We're building out the complete amenity guide. In the meantime, here's the quick overview.
The original recreation center at the heart of The Grand. Houses the Adobe Spa & Fitness Center, Chaparral Center, Sonoran Plaza, Artisan Studios, Kiva Ballroom, Wall Street Reading Room, library, and multiple meeting rooms. Surrounded by cascading water fountains.
Pool, lap pool, and outdoor spa on site. Adobe is the day-to-day hub for fitness classes, social events, and resident club meetings.
The second recreation center, added to support the community as it grew. Larger ballroom space, additional fitness facilities, more meeting rooms, and a second pool complex.
Cimarron is closer to the Cimarron golf course (same name, no coincidence) and tends to host the larger events — performances at the Cimarron Performance Hall, large dance socials, and big-format club meetings.
Both rec centers are members-only — residents need their HOA-issued access card to enter. But prospective buyers can tour with us. Call Lona to arrange a walk-through with her sponsorship; we can show you both centers, the spa, the pool decks, and connect you with the activities coordinator.
